The agreement of the entertainer to perform is subject proven to detention by sickness, accidents, or accidents to means of transportation, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God or any other legitimate conditions beyond the control of the entertainer or this company. Should the entertainer not arrive within the agreed one hour time span then the deposit is refundable, however should you decide to allow the performer to entertain at your event then the deposit is not refunded and full balance is due as cash upon arrival.

HEAT ADVISORY NOTICE:
From May 25 – October 1, all 45-minute and 60-minute Mascot Parties must be held INDOORS with air conditioning
– for character safety and guest comfort.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE AGREEMENT
By booking and/or allowing Fairytale Friends Party LLC.to perform at your event, you (“Client”) grant permission to Fairytale Friends Party LLC, and representatives
to take photographs and/or video recordings during the event.The Client hereby authorizes US to use, Reproduce, Publish, distribute such Photographs and videos for lawful promotional and marketing purposes,including but not limited to social media, website content, advertisements and printed materials, without compensation. The Client represents that they have the legal authority to grant this permission on behalf of all attendees, including minors, elderlies present at the event.The Client agrees to inform guests that photography and/or video recording may occur.All media content captured remains our property even if event was booked by 3* parties' consent is considered granted.The Client releases and holds harmless from any claims,demands, or liability arising from the use of such media, including any claims related to privacy, publicity rights,or misrepresentation. By proceeding with booking and/or services, the Client acknowledges and agree to this Photo & Video Release Agreement.
